Expansion of team with fundraiser - EUR 20,000 (30 November 2022)
Changing exhibitions like Hollandse Nieuwe in 2023 and special oevre expositions translate current themes to Huizen and the Gooi region. The museum also organises historic village walks and runs education programmes.
The museum is run by one paid employee and many volunteers. The employee takes care of the building and organisation and manages the work of the volunteers. With the volunteers, exhibitions are set up, and collections are preserved and made accessible. With the new fundraiser the organisation can become more professional.
