Project: Fundraising for financial independence - EUR 50,000 (3 May 2021)

With 1.3 million unique visitors per year, AnimalsToday.nl, the House of Animals website, is the largest animal news site in the Netherlands. In 10 years, 12,000 articles have been published, which are further spread on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. The organisation is activist and compassionate - and media savvy so they reach many people. One is now filming Sam, a 9-year-old mother pig from the cattle industry, who spent her days in concrete pens, aiming to give birth to as many piglets as possible; 240 in total. Sam got to build a nest with straw for the first time in her life.

This contribution will be spent on professionalising marketing activities.
